Ho'oponopono is an ancient hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
The practice of taking responsibility and deeply apologizing for our transgressions, as well as the transgressions perpetrated by humanity, against each other, against the planet, against ourselves, against spiritual law - begins to bring things back into balance. At this time, on this Earth, we are very much in need of balance and restoring the harmony to this beautiful field of creation.
I say, "I am sorry" on behalf of all Beings on this planet and to all Beings on this planet. I am sorry for the pain that I have caused. I am sorry on behalf of anyone who has ever caused pain to another Being. May we all forgive.
May we remember our Oneness. May we remember that "I am you" and "you are me." May we remember Love.
I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. & I thank you. Ho’oponopono.
